The first EDS ECHO Summit Series virtual event of 2021 took place on April 24-25, on Pain Management: A European Perspective. The exciting conference program saw leading experts discuss, and provide practical strategies, on topics including: Medication for pain Complementary Therapies, The role of physiotherapy in pain management, Skin, injury, and healing, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Hand Therapy Injuries, and dislocations. Members of the global EDS and HSD community also shared their experiences for Community Voices, on; the challenges of living with bladder pain; pain from GI issues and gastroparesis; pain, skin injuries, and classical EDS (cEDS); and living with pain from vascular EDS (vEDS).
