I’m training for a Spartan Stadion Sprint on May 21st. Make my efforts count by donating to the Ehlers-Danlos Society!
EDS is something that affects me every day. Daily headaches, brain fog, dysautonomia, anxiety, muscle spasms, and the occasional slightly out place joint (subluxation) make life interesting.
While pain is inevitable but suffering is optional, it would be great to have more treatments and answers.
