My name is Lindsey Smith and I have been diagnosed with type 3 Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. This is something I have struggled with for many years and still do. Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome continues to affect my life in many ways. I can't play sports, I am always in physical therapy, I am constantly in pain, and I tend to miss a lot of school because of doctors appointments. There is no cure due to the fact that Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome is genetic. See what impact really looks like and donate towards more medical research for the Ehlers-Danlos Society.
