Too many of us suffer alone. We live with chronic pain. Through lack of awareness and misdiagnosis, too many live with shame. We may not look sick, but, inside, our connective tissues are weak. Our knees pop out or hyperextend. Our ankles flop, spines pinch, and hips grind, even if our muscles have superstrength. Our migraines can be unbearable. Worst of all, too many of us die far too soon from aneurysms, strokes, and other cardiovascular complications.
